How incredibly inconvenient to read that you received your ordered jewellery broken. This is obviously not the intention and we apologise for this.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to send a return label, returns are only free of charge within the Netherlands. But because it is a repair, customer service will refund the shipping costs, have you already shared the receipt with customer service? If not you can do so at wecare@tisento-milano.com. Once we have received your repair we will refund the costs incurred and send you a new bracelet.
