How incredibly inconvenient to read that your TI SENTO ring was damaged. This is obviously not the intention and not the service we want to provide.
A warranty period of 2 years applies to all TI SENTO jewellery. Could you please send an e-mail with the order number and a photo of the damaged ring to wecare@tisento-milano.com? Then we will be happy to look into a suitable solution.
