Payment methods

What are the available payment methods?
The various payment methods available to complete your order include:

  • iDEAL (only Dutch banking accounts)
  • Creditcard (American Express, Matercard en Visa)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • VVV gift card
  • Digital TI SENTO gift card. 

As a Dutch consumer, you can pay with iDEAL. The following banks are connected to iDEAL: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, Revolut, SNS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot. iDEAL is safe, fast and easy!

Credit card
You can pay with your American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit card. During your payment you will be asked for your CVC code. This 3-digit code can be found on the back of your credit card. This code is an extra security check.

If you prefer to pay by PayPal, you can choose to pay for your purchase by credit card, bank transfer or another payment method linked to your PayPal account. The purchase amount will then securely transferred through PayPal.

Apple Pay
With this mobile payment service developed by Apple Inc. that allows you to pay with an applicable Apple device linked to your credit or debit card.

Digital TI SENTO gift card and voucher codes
The digital TI SENTO gift card and TI SENTO voucher codes can be used as payment methods during checkout. You can also use both codes, on one order.
On the checkout page, you will see a box in the upper right hand corner with the words 'Gift card or voucher code'. Type in your code here and click 'Apply'. If you would like to use multiple codes, you can repeat this. (Please note that this is not valid for every voucher code, please contact our customer service team for more information). 

Gift card
In addition to our own digital gift card, you can use the VVV gift card as payment method at the checkout. You can enter your card number and pincode here.

Please note: With the gift card, the part of the transaction may not exceed over €50, except for the digital TI SENTO gift card. Of course you can pay the remaining part of the transaction with one of the other payment methods.

Invoices & financial details

Can I receive invoices which have already been sent?

This is of course possible. Please contact our customer service team for a copy of your invoice, they will then send you the requested invoice by e-mail.

The invoice of my order is not correct, how can I solve this?
If you have received an incorrect invoice, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please enclose the relevant invoice so that we have all the details of the case to hand.
Would you prefer to have telephone contact about your invoices and/or financial details?
Then we would also like to ask you to keep your details such as your order number and/or invoice number to hand.

All prices stated on the invoice and in the webshop are inclusive of VAT.


How long does it take to receive my refund?

We strive to process all returns within 14 days of receiving them. The purchase amount will be refunded in the same manner as you paid for your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund as soon as it has been refunded to you.

Please note: That every credit card company has their own processing time, which we cannot control. If you purchased your item with PayPal, the credit will be refunded to your PayPal account. Any purchases made using iDeal will be refunded to the same bank account used to place your original order etc. 

If you have not received a refund confirmation within 14 days after you returned your product and your return has been received by TI SENTO. Please contact our customer service team!

Within what period can I return my product?
At the TI SENTO webstore you have a return period of 30 days, after receiving your order.

I have not yet received a refund for my return
Have you returned products but has the stated period of 14 days after revocation for a refund expired? Please contact our customer service team.

The refund I received is incorrect. What should I do?
If you have received an incorrect refund, please contact our Customer Service department. We request that you keep all details to hand so we can assist you fully and more efficiently.
