Arrivato fuori tempo massimo rispetto al dichiarato. Si sono scusati dicendo che è stato per via dell’alto numero di ordini sotto natale (bastava dichiarare tempi di spedizione diversi per via delle festività).
Non vengono incontro per il reso nemmeno a fronte di questo inconveniente e bisogna rimandare il pacco in Olanda a costi assurdi.
Il gioiello inoltre non è bello come in foto ma presenta alcune finiture superficiali.

Unfortunately, after the order 14 days ago I still haven’t received my order and tracker has stated as of this afternoon that it still hasn’t arrived in Jersey. Can you please investigate as it looks like it may not arrive in time for Christmas which is extremely disappointing.
