The necklace is adorable, but the way to get it was a real torture. First I receiced a damaged necklace, then I had to figure out how to get it back myself and it was not a free service (later refunded, but max 20 eur). When I returned the jewellery, again I had to remind to company that the jewellery had been received( I tacked order), it was offered a refund, I reminded that I wanted a different jewellery and not the money, they apologised that something had been mixed up and sent a new jewellery, when I received the jewellery, I asked when I could get a refund for the postage, again they apologised that they had forgotten and returned the money. But I spent SO MUCH energy and time that I do not think that I will order anything else from TI SENTO directly anymore,because I bought the ring much faster and more conveniently through partners.
