Ik bestel al langer sieraden van Ti Sento, mooie en kwalitatief goede producten. Met deze armband pech gehad, draadje brak snel. Maar de klantenservice is geweldig. Für den Preis was etwas Besseres erwarten

Für den Preis sieht der Modeschmuck sehr minderwertig aus. Da gibt es Produkte die einen hochwertigeren Eindruck machen.

Und dass die Retourenkosten selber getragen werden müssen, ist schon eine Unverschämtheit. Dass man dann aber für zwei Miniketten eine total überdimensionierte Verpackungsgröße wählt, die zum einen unnötig Ressourcen verschwendet und dann noch 19,- EUR Paketversand kostet ... naja was soll ich sagen. Mitgedacht hat da keiner.
